Job Description

  1. Oversee maintenance, operations, and safety of campus or hospital facilities, managing HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, security, and vendor contracts to ensure a safe, efficient environment
  2. Coordinate budgets, space planning, compliance with regulations, and emergency response while minimizing disruptions to education or patient care.
